We believe it is pretty much all about old-fashioned integrity - backed up by accomplished skills, commitment and a conscientious desire to do things right. The strategy has never been to be "big" - more to be "good"!

We are not "Salespeople" at Petrie - we are serious about delivering a first-class, professional service and are happy to be judged on the reputation we have earned in our first twelve years of business. We also pride ourselves on our attitude to our business ethics. We try to say things as they are - with no double-talk; we would rather lose a fee than give a wrong impression or mislead anyone.

We are notoriously bad, however, at our own PR...we do not advertise ourselves, we do not "wine and dine" people or lay on  Theatre/Rugby match tickets etc., we just try to deliver a professional and thorough service.

WHO IS PETRIE RECRUITMENT?

Petrie Recruitment is a relatively small - but perfectly formed!! - business - and it provides staff for a wide range of (mainly permanent) job categories in several sectors, but does tend to focus on manufacturing and commercial positions, e.g. Engineering, General Management, Production Management, Logistics, Purchasing, H.R., Finance, I.T., Sales/Marketing and all aspects of Administration. 

The partners share the clear, over-riding approach to how Petrie operates, viz., to earn and maintain a reputation for being thorough and professional - in delivering what the client needs, but, and probably even more importantly , to be known as a business of integrity to candidates and clients alike, trust and dependability rate very highly for them.
